Feeding: Alpine Newts should be fed 2-3 times a week with a varied diet of appropriately sized prey items, such as bloodworms (frozen or fresh), earthworms, maggots, Tubifex, shrimp, insect larvae and slugs. Feed 3 or 4 prey items per Newt per feeding.
Behaviour: Frendly and non-aggresive towards people, cannot be kept with fish!
