How To Shop?
Shopping on our site couldn't be easier. All of our products are split into 3 main groups which you can select at the top of the page; Ponds, Aquariums and Turtles. You can the simply browse the products by manufacturer. Or, if you know the name of the product you want, simply use the search bar in the top right hand of the window. Once you've found your product, simply click add to cart. You can edit quantities or remove items by clicking on your cart.
Select A Delivery!
Once you have filled the cart with all the items you wish to buy you MUST select a delivery option. There are two options; the two to three day service or the next day delivery. If you order value is over £50 you will not be charged for the either delivery service but you MUST still select an option. Please remember all orders of Turtles and Terrapins must be done with the next day delivery.
How To Pay?
Once you have selected the items in the cart that you want to buy, selected a delivery option and entered all your details,you must select a payment option from the drop down menu at the bottom of the screen in order to complete your transaction.
The three payment options are:
HSBC - This option is to make payment with any Credit or Debit Card. By selecting this option you will be redirected to the HSBC Secure server to complete your order.
PLEASE NOTE, YOU CAN USE ANY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD IN THE HSBC SECURE SERVER.
PayPal - This option is to make payment with your PayPal account. By selecting this option you will be redirected to Paypal to complete your order.
Telephone - By selecting this option your order willl be completed and sent through to us. To complete the transaction you will need to call us so that you can make a payment with any Credit or Debit Card over the phone on 020 8366 2666 Please have your order number to hand.
